Can I change the delivery date after scheduling?

Yes. As long as the message has not yet been delivered, you can change the scheduled date, edit the content, or add/remove recipients from your dashboard at any time.

What happens if my subscription lapses?

If your subscription lapses, already scheduled messages are safe and will still be delivered on their designated dates. You will just be unable to schedule new messages or upload additional media until you renew.

What file formats can I attach?

We support a wide variety of formats, including HD video files (MP4, MOV), audio recordings (MP3, WAV), photos (JPEG, PNG), and text documents.

Is there a limit to how many messages I can schedule?

The number of messages depends on your plan. The Free plan includes 10 credits, while our paid plans (Standard, Pro, Pro Max) offer up to 600 credits for scheduling multiple future deliveries.
