MessageFuture lets you record video messages and assign a trusted Guardian to deliver them when the moment arrives, instead of setting a fixed date. This is called a Timeless message, stored in an encrypted 20-year vault by default. Video, audio, and photo Timeless messages require a paid plan (Standard or above); the Free plan supports text-only Timeless messages.
A Timeless message has no fixed delivery date. A Guardian you assign delivers it when the right moment comes, such as a wedding, a milestone, or a life event. Messages are stored in a secure 20-year vault with extension options. This is different from a Scheduled message, which uses an exact delivery date instead of a Guardian.
On the Free plan, you can schedule a message up to 5 years ahead. Standard, Pro, and Pro Max plans can schedule up to 30 years ahead. Timeless messages, which have no fixed date, are stored in a 20-year vault by default on every plan, including Free.

An AI Twin is a digital replica you create by answering 8 questions about your personality, values, and memories. Loved ones can have real conversations with your Twin. It is text-based today, with voice cloning coming soon.
Our signature 'Timeless Messages' feature allows you to prepare messages for uncertain futures. They can be unlocked at any time within a default period of 20 years. Assign a trusted 'Guardian' (like a spouse or lawyer) who can securely trigger the delivery of these messages when the time comes.
Prepaid vault extensions are coming for messages that need to be stored for longer.
You can assign more than one Guardian to a single message, and any one of them can release it. That is the main safeguard, and we recommend naming at least two. We are also close to releasing a new permission that lets a Guardian appoint another Guardian, so responsibility passes on rather than lapsing if one of them can no longer act. It applies only where you have granted that permission, so you stay in control of who can ever be added.
No. Receiving a scheduled or timeless message is always free. You do not need a subscription, a credit balance, or a payment method to open something someone left for you. You only verify your identity so the message reaches the right person. Credits are used by the person creating messages, and by anyone chatting with an AI Twin that has been shared with them.
Your privacy is paramount. All messages are encrypted at rest and in transit. Only your designated recipients can unlock the content upon delivery. We treat your digital legacy with the same security as a bank vault.
Yes. You can edit the content, change the delivery date, or update recipients at any time before the message is delivered. If an edit increases what the message costs, for example adding a video or another recipient, you pay only the difference. Editing text you have already paid for costs nothing extra.
Your Guardian can add an updated contact as a new recipient on that message, so it still reaches the right person even if the original contact details are no longer valid.
Email was invented in 1971 by a programmer called Ray Tomlinson, on the ARPANET, and it is still here more than fifty years later. That makes it around twenty years older than the web itself. It is also an open standard rather than any one company's product, so it does not depend on a single provider staying in business. When a provider does retire a service, it announces it long in advance rather than switching it off overnight.
Even so, we expect the way people stay in touch to keep changing, and we will support more delivery methods as they matter. Today we deliver by email and push notification, and the app itself can always reach a recipient who has an account. As we add new methods, we will prompt you from time to time to add updated contact details for your recipients, and your Guardian can do the same, so something written today still reaches the right person.
In the meantime, the most useful thing you can do is make sure the email address you enter for each recipient is exactly right. Double check it when you create the message. A typo today is far more likely to cause a problem than email itself going away.

That is our responsibility, not yours. If a format we use today stops being widely playable, we convert your stored messages to the formats in common use at that time. Your recordings stay playable, and you do not have to do anything about it.
Absolutely. Privacy is our foundational principle. The information you use to build your Twin is encrypted and siloed. We do not sell your data, and your Twin is strictly accessible only to the recipients or guardians you explicitly authorize.
Yes. During the creation process, you set strict guardrails. You define your core values and can explicitly list 'Topics to Avoid' to ensure the AI never discusses sensitive subjects or speaks out of character.
